|1. Owner Info
Owners' calls should be made to (954) 776-4232 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
2. Maximum Occupancy Limits
Please remember that occupancy limits include infants/children and are strictly enforced. Studios: 2 persons, One Bedrooms: 4 persons, Two Bedrooms: 6 persons.
3. Security Deposit
A credit card imprint as security deposit is requested at check-in. Locks must be changed if a room key is lost, therefore a $50.00 replacement fee will be added to your account.
Parking spaces are assigned only if a registered guest has a vehicle on property. Guests without a vehicle will not be assigned a space. Only 1 space per unit.
5. Phone Calls
Toll-free calls are billed $0.75 per call. Local calls are billed at $0.35 for the first minute then $0.15 for each additional minute. Long distance calls are billed at commercial rates plus resort surcharge.
No pets of any kind are permitted on property.
7. Owner Intent Forms
We offer an online submission under the “Owner” section of this website. Please click on “Confirmation Of Occupancy Online”, complete and submit.
8. Exchange Banking
When banking future years, maintenance fees for the year you are banking must be prepaid. Please prepay a maintenance escrow deposit of $600.00 per unit week prior to banking.
9. Wi-Fi Internet Service
We provide FREE Wi-Fi service at the resort. Ask for access code and password upon check-in.
10. Annual Billing
Billing is prepared and mailed during the month of November after the Annual Owner's Meeting. Maintenance fees are due on January 1st of every year, delinquent on January 11.
|NON-SMOKING POLICY: As of January 1, 2005, Windjammer Resort became a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces. This amendment to our by-laws was passed by a majority vote during the Annual Owners Meeting held on November 4th, 2004. Smoking in units will result in a $200 fine per incident.
