DISCOUNT POLICYWindjammer Resort has been operating under the same management for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in the product that we offer and that our guests have always received an excellent value for their travel dollars. We continually comparison shop and follow seasonal travel patterns to remain fairly priced. We do not adhere to a policy of being priced higher and then offering big discounts. We price our rooms to reflect fair market value. We publish our prices and we adhere to them.
We are always happy to offer a 10% discount off published rates in appreciation to those individuals who have chosen a profession that is invaluable to our society and who give so much of themselves. These are military, police, firefighters, paramedics, nurses and teachers. If you qualify under any of these categories, we please invite you to ask for your discount.
Repeat guests and Windjammer unit week owners are also entitled to a 10% discount off our published rates.
These discounts cannot be combined with any other specials that might be offered.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
The greater of 1 night's rental or 30% deposit at time of booking reservation.
Full payment at time of booking for any Non-Refundable reservations.

For reservations between December 15th and May 1st, cancellations require 30 day notice prior to the arrival date for a full refund. For all other periods, cancellations require a 14 day notice for full refund. Non-refundable reservations are not refundable.
We know that plans change and unexpected events such as illness, storms, cancelled or delayed flights can force a change of vacations plans. Circumstances may force the loss of your entire deposit, so we suggest you search google.com for information about purchasing travel insurance as a way of protecting your deposit and travel costs.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICYWindjammer Resort is a commercial transient lodging facility. As such, we follow the rule of law regarding Service Animals set forth by the Department Of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ has emphatically stated and ruled that emotional support animals are not considered service animals. If you travel with a pet that has not been specifically trained to perform a specialized service to help a person with a physical disability, we have the right to refuse your stay.
