Our 2 bedroom/2 bath units are 2 story town-house apartments located in our North Building. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor of the building, and the living room, kitchen and 2nd bathroom is upstairs on the 3rd floor. This design allows for the best daytime Ocean views. Privacy was a key factor in designing these split-level models by giving each level its own entrance. They truly offer 3 separate and distinct sleeping areas to minimize disturbances and maximize privacy. The most unique feature of these units was designed to offer an extra level of privacy and help guests who might have difficulty with stairways. Instead of stairs to go from one level to the next, each of the Units has it’s own small elevator inside the Unit to get from one floor to the next. When the bedroom occupants are sleeping, it is very quiet even though others might be making noise upstairs. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and in the living room they offer superior seating and sleeping comfort by having a double size sofa which converts into a double sofa bed. All 3 of these units have a sitting area on a shared exterior deck, three flat screen TVs and excellent in-room WiFi. NOTE: Because of the distinct separation between the two floors, these units may not be suitable when traveling with very young children.
