STUDIO APARTMENT
280 sq ft | Maximum Occupancy: 2 persons
These are hotel rooms with very nice kitchens. They are on the second floor of our South building and access is by way of a stairway only. Please consider this in your requests. All have very comfortable queen size beds, a flat screen TV and super quiet central A/C. Two offer good Ocean views, two offer great Ocean views and our best is nothing but Ocean! There is seating on the exterior walkway outside each unit to enjoy the view and breezes. Our Oceanfront also has lounge chairs for sunning. All great units at excellent value.


ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT
425 sq ft | Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons
All our one bedroom units offer a private bedroom, fully equipped kitchens, a dining area, living room and one bathroom with shower. Sleeping accommodations are that 5 units have king beds and the rest all have queen beds in the bedrooms. The living room areas of the North building offer superior seating and sleeping comfort by having Canadian imported LofaSofas which convert into a double bed and a matching LofaChair which converts into a compact twin bed. Our South building Units have daybed sofas and a trundle underneath to offer two twin beds. All our one bedrooms have two flat screen TVs and excellent in-room WiFi. All but 3 have Ocean views and 4 are Oceanfront.


TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT
585 sq ft | Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath units are 2 story town-house apartments located in our North Building. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor of the building, and the living room, kitchen and 2nd bathroom is upstairs on the 3rd floor. This design allows for the best daytime Ocean views. Privacy was a key factor in designing these split-level models by giving each level its own entrance. They truly offer 3 separate and distinct sleeping areas to minimize disturbances and maximize privacy. The most unique feature of these units was designed to offer an extra level of privacy and help guests who might have difficulty with stairways. Instead of stairs to go from one level to the next, each of the Units has itís own small elevator inside the Unit to get from one floor to the next. When the bedroom occupants are sleeping, it is very quiet even though others might be making noise upstairs. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and in the living room they offer superior seating and sleeping comfort by having a Canadian imported LofaSofa which converts into a double bed. All 3 of these Units have excellent Ocean views, three flat screen TVs and excellent in-room WiFi.

NOTE: Because of the distinct separation between the two floors, these Units may not be suitable when traveling with very young children.
